Overview
Turret Punch Operator - Twilight £14.63p/hr, Long term temp Role, 39hrs per week, Twilight Shift, Overtime YEADON Working on behalf of my client, Interaction Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Turret Punch Operator to work for a well-known Manufacturer based near Yeadon, Leeds. The successful candidate must have previous experience working as a Turret Punch Operator or similar Machine experience. Other key skills you must possess are the ability to read/work from technical drawings, good communication, problem solving, flexibility, a good work ethic and working as a team. Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques will be beneficial to the role as heavy lifting is included. Day to day duties will include: -The punching of parts to specific drawings and work instructions -Checking off, counting and final checks of all production batches -Complete all necessary paperwork and update the computer systems as required -Stack products onto pallets and move around the factory Twilight shifts are 3.15pm to 1.15am from Mon to Thurs with a Pay Rate of £14.63p/hr. Overtime will be available during busy periods paid at Time ½ and Double Time. These roles are initially advertised as a long term Temporary roles. However, for the right candidates there may be a possibility of the roles being made Permanent. Those working on the Twilight shift will need to live locally or have access to their own transport.
