Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our busy team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will be joining a Company which is renowned for its outstanding professionalism, reliability and compliance, which are the cornerstones & safeguards of our industry. Job Profile To oversee the recruitment of quality staff in accordance with Company standards To supply Care & Nursing staff into temporary placements around the region To effectively match client requests with suitably qualified staff To build strong relationships with our temporary staff To build & develop existing client relationships through personal visits & calls To request professional feedback and monitor ongoing performance of staff To troubleshoot/resolve all outlined issues regarding staff or clients To research & develop new business opportunities To conduct effective negotiation to deliver that new business. To continually update and provide audit on all Company systems To ensure all compliance & legislative criteria are met to REC standards To build positive & professional work/team ethic within the office To drive team performance in order to achieve goals set To provide round the clock client/staff cover with our on-call system The Successful Candidate Will have Healthcare Agency experience Will have excellent communication skills at all levels Will be able to effectively present business strategies and performance results Must be very motivated and lead the team by example Be able to operate under pressure and assist others to manage performance Will have excellent problem solving abilities Will hold full UK Drivers licence Pay rate depends upon experience/skill set Job Type: Full-time Salary: £19,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89820272
