Overview
FP&A Analyst £65,000 per annum Central London The Opportunity: Following a secondary buyout, a PE backed technology business is seeking an FP&A Manager in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused candidate stepping into their first managerial role. This role has the opportunity to progress into a Head of FP&A role in the next two year. The business is growing organically as well as via M&A. The Opportunity: Prepare month-end packs for review with Head of FP&A and Group CFO Support on Board and Lender Presentation preparation, rolling forward and update P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and net debt slides Prepare head office costs monthly pack, including analysis on trends, flagging any risks Support in putting place a monthly rolling cash flow forecast process for the group with periodic input from the region Update and circulate submission templates to the business for budget and forecast Maintain a Risks and Opps tracker, review with Head of FP&A and circulate to Group CFO on a weekly basis Support on long range plan projects for both BAU but also as part of debt raising Support on new acquisitions integrations to ensure all FP&A work streams are covered / considered Work with Group Control teams to ensure schools submissions are accurate and in line with group guidance Prepare analysis on business performance e.g. price and volume trends, benchmarking internally as well as externally using available data points Ad-hoc analysis as needed by manager and wider Senior Management About You: Great attention to detail whilst able to focus on the bigger picture High degree of drive and energy, keen to progress within a fast-paced organisation Strong academics with a 2.1 or above gained from a reputable university Strong system skills, including ability to work with large volumes of data Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Advanced Excel skills with proven experience of working with large Excel based financial models Excellent written and verbal skills
