Overview

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a QA Engineer, based in Paddington, London? You will take ownership of the QA - documenting, creating test cases, test closure reports, regression packages, automation tests (performance/E2E), monitoring pipelines etc. You will have previously worked in an End-to-End testing role within an agile environment, and have the ability to coach developers in order to improve unit tests and update existent automated tests. Duties: Coaching developers to improve unit tests and update existent automated tests. Working in an End-to-End testing role within an agile environment. Create E2E Regression Packs and Performance Test Frameworks/Scripts following best practices (BDD, Test pyramid, POM). Perform Exploratory Tests and create evidence/test cases when needed. You will follow and proactively improve QA Standards, Templates and Documentations You will be required to analyse test results. A good understanding that QA shouldn’t be a bottleneck, taking any needed actions to unblock and sign off the tickets before the end of the sprint. Take ownership of the QA and Release of projects, documenting, creating test cases, test closure reports, regression package, automation tests (performance/E2E), monitoring pipelines etc. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coaching developers You will have performed exploratory tests and created evidence/test cases You will have worked in an end-to-end testing role in an agile environment, and you should have at least one project where you were involved in the testing of microservices. Swift-Left QA mind-set Good communication skills and always share knowledge within the team. Ability to be auto sufficient and search for the solution first instead of waiting for people.
