Bookkeeper job Accounts Assistant Job AAT Surrey Your new company My client has come to me with two new bookkeeping roles following growth and expansion of it's client portfolio. This represents a great opportunity for an experienced Practice bookkeeper to take the next step in their career or a junior bookkeeper to complete their AAT qualification alongside practical experience. Your new role You will: Provide full bookkeeping services to portfolio of clients Maintain client monthly/quarterly bookkeeping, completing VAT returns and filing by deadlines This includes sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank and VAT reconciliations, preparation of VAT returns, ECSL returns and CIS returns with use of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage Preparation of management accounts Assisting clients with bookkeeping and year end queries What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified or part qualified Bookkeeper/AAT studier. You must have experience of working in a Chartered Accountancy firm on a portfolio of clients. You will also have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage . What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary up to £25,000 depending on experience and study support if required. There is on site parking along with the usual benefits.
