Beauty Head Office based in the Heart of West End are looking for an excellent Administrator with excellent Excel skills to join their team, you MUST be available for an immediate start JOB ROLE: Administrator JOB TYPE: Temporary-Permanent COMPANY: Beauty Head Office HOURS: 9.00am - 6.00pm SALARY: £23,000 LOCATION: West End, London DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Processing a high volume of product orders Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Checking prices and contracts are up to date Reporting weekly/monthly sales results to the sales team Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives Taking phone calls from customers Communicating internally important feedback from customers Running marketing reports and effective analysis to maximise sales Dealing with and respond to a high volume of emails SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Ideally 1 years' experience in a support role to sales team within the beauty/ retail industry Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications is essential for this role High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time Proactive approach to all business communication and providing updates in a timely manner Strong communicator who works efficiently and is always fully up to date with processes and procedures.
