Overview
Nurse Disability Assessor Meridian Business Support is currently looking to recruit qualified Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD) across the UK for exciting opportunities to become an approved qualified Disability Assessor. About The Role Conducting 3-4 health assessments with clients daily through a 1-1 consultation. Assessing an extensive range of physical, mental and cognitive conditions. Evaluating the possible impact health conditions and disabilities can have on a person's ability to carry out daily living activities. Gathering factual evidence together from each consultation and using it to write clear and concise medical reports via a pro forma which will later be used for decision making purposes. Analysing and interpreting medical documentation provided by clients and using it as part of the assessment process. This is a permanent position with both full and part time available. The standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 37.5hrs per week. No weekends, night shifts or bank holidays are required. A full comprehensive training and induction programme is provided for which you are paid your full time salary. Essential Criteria: Must have a valid registration with NMC/HCPC. Summary: Starting Salary: £32,000 per annum. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5hrs per week (no weekend shifts, nights or bank holidays required).
