The company supply a wide range of Pressure Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Fluid Sensors, Pressure Switches, Thermostats, Temperature Transmitters, Gas Monitoring Sensors, Gas Density Sensors into Heavy Industries, OEMs, Rail / Railway, Shipbuilding, Water Treatment, Hydraulics & Hazardous Environment sectors throughout the UK. The company are actively looking to recruit a Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to join their team. Candidates must have experience in the Pressure Sensors / Pressure Transmitter industry, have a strong technical / engineering background, a proven track-record in generating & winning new business and, ideally, be based in the Northern UK. Candidates will have ‘hands on’ experience, be highly organised, motivated and looking to join an industry leading manufacturer. Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience 1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Pressure Sensors industry. 2. Sales Engineer / Technical Sales experience – essential 3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services. 4. To manage Key Customers & Distribution network to maximise sales and profit 5. Effective Communicator. 6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. 7. Computer literate.
