Overview
A permanent IT Engineer opportunity with a rapidly growing IT consultancy based in Sheffield. Your new company An expanding IT consultancy with multiple sites throughout the U.K priding itself on an award winning company culture. Your new role Your new role will be a varied one which will see you build on existing skills whilst developing new ones. You will be responsible for providing high level technical support whilst resolving issues as and when they arise. You will also be involved with project based work, such as service transitions. Building on this, you will have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills as you will work closely with the Service Desk team, acting as an escalation point when required. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need around 3 years of experience operating in a similar capacity, strong technical skills and an in-depth knowledge of technical concepts. Moreover, you will have experience in Office 365, Azure (or other cloud-based experience), Networking LANs and WANs.
