Overview
M&A / Corporate Finance Executive opportunity offering exposure to a wide range of transaction work within a growing Mid-Market Advisory Practice. THE COMPANY A leading North West Chartered Accountancy Practice with an established M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory offering in the small and mid-market space (£2m - £20m deal values). The firm has a growing Central Manchester presence and specialises in advising Entrepreneurial SME, Owner-Managed and Corporate businesses up to c.£100m t/o. THE OPPORTUNITY Joining the M&A / Corporate Finance team as an Executive you will support Directors and Senior Managers in the execution of Sell-Side M&A deals, MBO / MBI, Shareholder Exit / Partial Exit and Growth Capital raising transactions. You will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a high volume of corporate finance work and progress quickly to Manager level, taking greater responsibility for planning and execution of deals. Duties & Responsibilities will include: Supporting Lead Advisory activities on a wide range of transactions involving Trade buyers and PE/ VC investors Handling key deliverables including buyer / target research, IM, forecasts, financial models and pitch documents Assisting in negotiations with buyers, vendors and investors throughout deal processes You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, excellent exposure to all aspects of transaction management and the opportunity to progress rapidly to Manager. THE PERSON You will be an M&A / Corporate Finance professional able to demonstrate the following: ACA / ACCA Qualified and a background within Top 4 / Top 10 or Mid-Tier Chartered Practice Experience of working with and advising SME and Mid-Market businesses (£5m - £50m t/o) A desire to gain experience in all aspects of Corporate Finance work and progress your career within an entrepreneurial environment This is a unique opportunity for an ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant seeking to forge a career within M&A / Corporate Finance.
