Telehandler / Driver Kingston upon Thames £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Permanent opportunity Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading maintenance / Refurb contractor, my client is looking for a Telehandler/driver to work on a site based in Kingston upon Thames. The main purpose of the role is to ensure materials are available, stored safely and delivered to individual property addresses. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project. To carry out the duties as a Telehandler in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company polices and Procedures. Main responsibilities and duties: Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times Load and unload deliveries Undertake all work to a high standard with minimal risk to Health and Safety To work with others and provide a courteous and considerate service to members of the public Complete and maintain accurate records and paperwork where necessary To wear appropriate clothing and PPE To attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety courses arranged by the employer. To order and take delivery of materials ready for programmed works Ensure materials are stored correctly and safely Keep stores floor area clean to reduce the risk of slips, trips or falls Deliver materials to individual addresses as directed Requirements: Must have CPCS Telehandler card Must have CV detailing prior experience working as a Telehandler with references If you feel you have the relevant experience and tickets please feel free to apply, should you be suitable we will be in contact.
