Dynamics CRM Manager, Reading, £45,000, Membership, D365 project work, 365 Customer Engagement A Reading based Membership organisation are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 system. This SME are looking to move away from reliance on a 3rd party and want their Dynamics system to be handled in-house. You'll take ownership of a D365 system offering plenty of opportunities to get hands on to customise and configure, with the aim of continuously improving and optimising business process. This role will see you responsible for 100 users providing support on 1st and 2nd line Dynamics issues as well as dealing with change requests and user training.
