Overview
As a Department Manager you will be leading your own business from day-one with the purpose of helping more people in your city to play your sport. You will have the responsibility of recruiting, training and developing energetic and passionate Sports Advisors and Sport Leaders who can share their own experiences and advice with others. You will be taught how to analyse sport participation in your city and in turn to offer the right product or service for your customers in the right place at the right time at the right price. You will have your own profit and loss account to allow you to take sustainable decisions for your business and to measure your own performance. You will ensure that victories are celebrated as a team and that we play just as hard as we work.
