Due to company expansion, we are currently looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Application Support team. What will you be doing? As an Application Support Engineer, you will be working as part of our cross functional Product Engineering Tribe, ensuring the delivery and operation of our OneHub Benefits product. You will be directly contributing towards our ability to provide a robust, global, multi-tenanted OneHub Platform supporting a continuously evolving set of capabilities with zero downtime. Your day to day activities will include: Dealing with a range of challenges, spanning issues with the product itself, how the product is configured, to relationships with external vendors, this role exposes you to the full spectrum of capability. Handling simple "How do I…" application queries to investigating Single Sign On (SSO) integrations and more complex application problems. Work closely with the Engineering squad to help triage and ensure all defects meet the SLA and continue to reduce the Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR). Own and communicate effectively when raising tickets to various third-party companies regarding service level escalations and customer contractual agreements. Management, planning and configuration of tools to support internal delivery teams. Experience: 2 years experience in an Application, Software or Product support role Have experience handling support tickets and service level escalations within a software company. Comfortable in working in a really fast-paced environment and a passion for solving complex problems with the ability to learn new skills quickly. Good understanding of programming concepts and competent with change control practices. Sound experience of MS SQL including SQL Scripting Exceptional writing skills and can communicate technical information in a clear, concise way to a variety of stakeholders.
