Yolk are currently looking for a strong business savvy Nurse/Clinical director who’s experiences are managing large caseload Portfolios, troubleshoot and peripatetic style backgrounds to lead and drive forward business in all 13 homes across Wales. The portfolio will consist of both residential and nursing home covering over 500 beds. I am looking for a strong change manager who can hit the ground running who have a proven track record within turning around homes and have a sound knowledge within CSSIW/ Clinical governance and local health boards. You may have previously managed failing facility/home and turned around great results.
