More about the Commercial IT Contracts Assistant role: An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial IT Contracts Assistant to join our IT Commercial team in Bolton This role will see you providing Commercial and Contractual support to the IT Contracts team. Here's what you can expect to be doing as our Commercial IT Contracts Assistant: - Assist the IT Contracts team in the analysis, review, and negotiation of all types of IT commercial agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Consultancy and Service Level Agreements. - Liaise with internal Legal department in respect of IT contractual matters. - Finalise contracts, arranging signature and filing. - Update and maintain online Contract Management database and notification System - Assist with the implementation of the IT Contract Roadmap to assist in strategic decision making. - Produce insightful meaningful reports - Carry out other ad-hoc Commercial duties as required. A few things about you To be successful as our Commercial IT Contracts Assistant you will have: - Some recognised Legal, Commercial or Contract training. - Understanding of Hardware and Software contracts including (Saas, Iaas and Paas), development contracts, hosting agreements and maintenance and support contracts. - Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Good interpersonal skills and team member - Planning and organisational abilities - Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Desirable - Meticulous attention to detail Desirable - CIPS Qualified (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) Why choose AO: At AO, our culture and our AO’way of doing things is vital to our success.
