Overview

A leading global professional services organisation is looking for an Early Careers Programme Manager to support their legal business line. You will focus on employees in the first five years of their career, developing and deploying programmes from induction onwards. Responsibilities Support annual planning and review of business across the service line Input into the annual learning needs analysis process Develop new career pathways Own and manage all funding relationships for degree and academy programmes, ensuring they deliver value for money Work with specialist teams to design and deliver content and innovation Lead on all learning aspects of the programmes - induction and regulatory training, professional education, skills development and leadership training Own and manage the onboarding process working closely with the HRBP for your service line and the onboarding team Requirements Experience in a similar early careers role, within a large professional services or corporate matric organisation, ideally with a background within legal Experience in and passion for talent management and learning Strong programme or project management experience Expert at building networks and connections Understanding of professional qualifications and / or apprenticeship schemes desirable Undergraduate degree or equivalent
