To support the people managers to deliver excellent staff experience through first class employee relations advice and guidance. Client Details A well known health care company. Description Manage all ER cases, from low level performance management issues to more complex and sensitive issues. Juggling and managing a high volume workload. Educate people managers in employee relations best practice. Offer useful guidance to managers to proactively resolve issues at the earliest opportunity. Profile Experience within employee relations. Understand UK employment law and the application of this in a commercial environment. Hold your CIPD Level 5 or have equivalent practical experience at this level.
