Overview
We are looking for a well organised and fast paced Accounts Administrator to join our growing business specialising in the supply of design-led gifts and party supplies to well-known retailers worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand which has seen exceptional growth over the recent years based from our Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey. This role will support the wider finance team and primarily focus on the accurate processing of a large amounts of data using excel spreadsheets, posting to our ERP system, Paypal, Sage and Experian. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Process all purchase ledger invoices through the company's systems to include controls for sign off and adding to end of month Daily cash reconciliations across multiple bank accounts (including foreign currency), Paypal and Sage Weekly reconciliation of Amazon accounts and review of supplier portals Chasing payments from customers / debtors and dealing with queries Create new customer accounts including completing the relevant credit checks and monitoring credit limits Create invoices and credit notes Monthly credit card reconciliation Provide general administration and support for the finance team including maintaining the filing system To be considered for the position, you must be able to multi-task and enjoy a varied work pattern where you will be doing different tasks each day. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience: All round Accounts experience to include credit control, purchase ledger and accounts receivable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Professional and confident telephone manner High level of numeracy and literacy Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail Highly organised
