Overview
QlikView Developer We are searching for an experienced QlikView Developer Overview: Creditor Services team is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Qlikview Developer to join their expanding BI department. Responsibilities include working closely with internal/external clients and an internal team of developers, supporting, maintaining and developing Business Intelligence solutions. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Build Qlikview applications end to end, including gathering business requirements, data modelling and creating dashboards and reports Work closely with internal development team to define database structures to support reporting and project requirements Liaise with external clients to develop bespoke reports ranging from risk solutions to dividend collections Develop bespoke internal reports ranging from team performance to industry trends Act as 1st line support for internal databases and reporting problems Conduct ad-hoc internal and external data cleansing Co-ordinate UAT for all internally developed solutions Effectively plan and schedule forthcoming IT sprints to meet project deadlines Attend internal IT sprint review meetings to discuss progress and highlight concerns Participate in internal team meetings and provide updates to IT projects Assist internal team members in maintaining and enhancing ongoing projects and reports Manage data providers including raising quality concerns or negotiating additional data feeds Provide internal and external client training and product demonstrations Create internal and external user documentation Adhere to team standards for processes and documentation Provide regular updates to all key stakeholders Experience and Skills Required: Essential Demonstrable experience developing with Qlikview (2-3 years minimum) Understanding of databases, including data modelling, relationships and SQL querying Good Knowledge of UI best practices Good problem solving skills with attention to detail Effective written & oral communication skills Experience developing with Qlik Sense Desirable Experience of working in the insolvency, creditor services or financial sector Experienced hire Permanent BRENTWOOD Creditor Services
