Overview
Long-term temporary opportunity for an experienced Office Administration Assistant to join a successful oil and gas company located in Westhill. The duration of this contract will be approximately 1 year and will provide the chance of a busy and varied workload. This is a key role, working within a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring a high level of support within the company. Main responsibilities and duties are as follows: Arranging travel and accommodation. Providing secretarial support to Management Team. Assisting with event management. Organising meetings and arranging lunches. Providing reception cover as required. Booking training courses and medicals. Facilitating new start / leaver process. To apply for this role, you should have strong administration experience gained in a fast-paced environment within an oil and gas company. Ideally you should be available immediately and previous HR administration would be beneficial. What’s in it for you?
