Overview
Experienced Business Development Manager required. Our Client is a specialist Air Conditioning Installation and Maintenance company who are looking for a Sales Manager to bring in a wealth of new business. The ideal Business Development Manager will be based in or around Birmingham. The area the Sales Manager will cover will predominately be within the Midlands, with the ability to work from home. The Business Development Manager will be expected to bring in new business from contractors and end users by preforming the full sales process, such as cold calling and speaking to previous industry contacts. The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will also be completing site surveys and quotes for VRF's, VRV's, AHU's, Chillers and Split systems from brands such as Mitsubishi, Daikin and Toshiba. An exciting opportunity as my client can offer estimation/design training if you are willing to learn/progress. Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Position Overview You will need to be an Experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager that is confident in creating new business opportunities for an expanding company. The ideal candidate will have had experience in the HVAC sector, selling design & build projects as well as some Service & Maintenance contracts. Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Position Requirements Experience in completing site surveys, quoting and creating new business for design and build projects. Knowledge of Air conditioning products such as VRF's, VRV's, AHU's, Chillers and Split systems Be able to confidently create new business by cold calling, prospecting and meeting new clients Advantageous to have experience with Design and Estimating but this is not essential and the role will offer training on this.
