Overview
New opportunity for an NQ Finance Associate to join this leading City firm's growing Banking group. This role will be primarily focussed on leveraged finance work, an area in which the firm's banking practice is steadily growing and in which further strategic growth is envisaged. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a wider range of banking and finance work, including general corporate banking and other areas such as structured finance and real estate finance. The Banking group acts for a number of financial institutions (including private debt funds) and intermediaries, advising on senior, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine and PIK loan products, as well as stressed and special opportunities investments, whilst also providing debt finance support to the firm's Private Equity team in the context of leveraged and management buy-outs, refinancings and exits, as well as advising many corporates. The ideal candidate for this position will have worked on UK and international leveraged finance transactions during his/her training contract and/or post qualification within a leading national or international firm.
