A top private client team based in Guildford are actively looking for a private client solicitor with specialist experience in Wealth protection and tax planning to join their top tier firm. This role is with a highly regarded full service commercial law firm with a hard working (and top ranked) private client team that offers an excellent service to a full spectrum of clients including super high net worth individuals. As a Solicitor working in the private client team you can expect to handle a range of tax planning matters, working in a supportive network. Applications are sought from solicitors with 2 years experience in private client tax work and who have ideally trained at City or top regional firms. The team works on a variety of matters that can include: Residence and domicile Offshore trusts and companies Succession planning through Wills and trusts, including international/cross border estate planning All aspects of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax as they apply to individuals and trusts Probate and administration of estates and trusts Powers of Attorney Establishing charities and providing advice to charities The successful candidates can expect to join a successful team that has an excellent client base and reputation across the region.
