The firm is keen to appoint an Employment Partner to deal with all types of employment transactions including both contentious and non-contentious related employment related matters. Knowledgeable within your field, you will be well versed in all aspects of employment law including dismissal, redundancy, breach of contract and discrimination. This position would suit an Employment Partner who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play an important role in further developing the Cambridge profile. Suitable Employment Partners will have excellent business development and networking skills to develop the employment further. THE CANDIDATE: Suitable Employment Partners will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in handling their own caseload of employment related matters and be looking for genuine prospects for career development.
