Solicitor - Court of Protection, Sheffield A unique opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked national firm in Sheffield. The opportunity- - You will join a team with a strong reputation in dealing with the full range of Court of Protection services including deputyship services, gifts, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and replacing deptuyships with private trusts. - The Team provides a nationwide service. - You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills within an established and innovative law firm and department. - You will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases. The requirements- - You will have around 1 year PQE in either Court of Protection, Private Client or Personal Injury. - You will be technically excellent and a good communicator with rounded client service skills. - You will be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional.
