Residential Conveyancing is at the heart of one of the firm's core focuses and their West London team is among the biggest and most experienced in the area. They are looking for a Partner to come in and grow the team. This is a challenging and varied role as the ideal candidate will have an experience of growing departments, networking and business development. In terms of a specific caseload, the ideal candidate will have experience in; Buying and selling your home Leasehold property purchase and sale Re-mortgages Equity release Transfer of property or a share in a property Joint ownership Declarations of Trust First registrations Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement What's on Offer?
