A long-established law firm in the heart of Oldham is looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor who can handle a mixed property caseload. You will be joining an established commercial property department in Greater Manchester, where you will manage a caseload of matters including sales, purchases, commercial leases and business sales, all with little supervision. You must be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive who is comfortable in handling cases from beginning to end, therefore, you will need 4 years' PQE (this may be flexible, depending on experience). You will be used to generating new clients and will have a keen interest in business development, as the firm has clear growth plans for the commercial property team across Manchester, which you will be a key part of a network of contacts or existing clients would be very beneficial (although not essential). You will be client-focused, with great communication skills, time management skills and have team ethics. An interest or experience within other areas of commercial law would be a distinct advantage, although not essential. On offer is a competitive salary/package with performance bonus which is very much up for negotiation, should you hold the relevant skills/experience.
