Overview

Auditor - Children's Quality Assurance Team Following additional investment in Children’s Social Care we are seeking two experienced Auditors to join our Children’s Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will take a proactive approach to quality assurance, undertaking audits, preparing quantitative and qualitative research and reporting on findings in order to ensure that the quality of work across the organisation is improved. As a registered social worker with Social Work England you will have post qualifying social work experience and comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, practice theory and research. An ability to build strong working relationships is essential and knowledge of Signs of Safety is desirable. The Quality Assurance team sits within the Medway Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service.
