Leadership is essential A leading financial services company based in Rochester are urgently seeking a Lead Business Analyst for their rapidly expanding office. The role is split between leading and managing the performance of Business Analyst’s and getting your hands-on dirty with workstreams and gathering requirements. The Lead Business Analyst will be an integral part of the organisation as you will manage the BA activities, analyse and improve processes and be a key contract for senior stakeholders. The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for; - Leading a team of Business Analyst’s and managing BA activities across a programme of work - Line managing, coaching and mentoring direct reports - Leading and facilitating workshops - Collaborating in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications The Lead Business Analyst will have; - Financial services experience - Regulated environments would be highly desirable - Experience in Agile or Waterfall environments - Proven leadership skills - Candidates must have line management and performance management experience This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to work for a market-leading financial services organisation as well as making a huge impact on the existing processes within the business.
