Boutique Search Consultancy - Retained Researcher

My client is a boutique Search Consultancy located on the outskirts of Reading. They specialise in working premium roles with salaries of £120k and are currently looking for a researcher to support the Interim and Perm HR and Accountancy teams. This role exists due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate shall be provided with the highest level of training and support during their development in order to provide them the foundations to be a high-performing Search Consultant in this lucrative sector. The Role The Search Consultant's main responsibility will be to research and resource candidates for the HR and Accountancy divisions to work directly with our client partners. A large part of your role will be headhunting relevant candidates through CV searches, use of media platorms and through networking; building long term relationships to ensure you maintain a pipeline of strong candidates. You will be working towards becoming a full Search Consultant, specialising in HR, Accountancy or Business Change. Eligible candidates will be: mature and well-presented with a graduate calibre; articulate, with the to ability to converse in a coherent and professional manner; tenacious and resilient; money orientated; be able to display keen time-management skills and deliver under time-constraits; and career driven with the desire to succeed in personal goals as well as progress the company.
