Overview

We are looking for a temporary float person to join our team of temps working on a corporate reception desk, managing a busy switchboard system and providing an efficient and professional front of house reception and business support service. We are looking for someone who is available for occasional one off shifts through to week long shifts. This position will suit someone who wants to work but is not reliant on a regular income. Typical duties for the PA/Facilities Assistant will include but not be limited to: Answering all incoming calls and routing accordingly Meeting and greeting all visitors Dealing with deliveries/couriers etc Arranging taxis and booking meeting rooms Organising and booking travel arrangements Collating and recording expenses Assisting with other general administrative/secretarial duties as required Skills & Experience required by the Part Time PA/Facilities Assistant: Must have experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager Experience as a front of house receptionist on a busy and corporate reception MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills Must be well presented and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to work shifts: 08.00-13.00hrs and/or 12.30-17.30hrs The successful candidate must have the ability to react quickly and prioritise according to activities occurring in the business that day/week.
