Enterprise Architect - Infrastrucutre / Cloud / Platforms We are looking for an experienced EA level Infrastructure Architect to join a innovative and industry leading company based within the North West . Your main responsibility is to ensure the optimisation of appropriate infrastructure services so that they can deliver the maximum value to the business across the UK. You will work closely with Demand Management and Operations teams covering all Infrastructure services, workspace platforms, application deliver, security and IT Management - across on-prem and Azure cloud platforms for the whole business. Responsibilities & Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as an Infrastructure Architect at a Enterprise level Able to demonstrate experience of developing strategic views & roadmaps for enterprise -wide infrastructure services in complex organisations The ability to work closely with Programme Managers and operations team, driving forward change portfolios with a budget greater than £1M. Demonstrable experience managing the quality of Infrastructure designs & acting as the Senior voice during meetings Experience supporting Cyber Security Programmes Experience working with a hybrid Cloud environment with either AWS or Azure, preferably with migrations Experience working in both DevSecOps and traditional environments Your career with of ideally started through hands-on engineering for a deeper level of understanding. Technical: Confidence discussing the following from initial strategy through to delivery: Hosting, Networks & Telephony Storage & backups Desktops, Server Compute Middleware Workspace platforms Security ( SIEM, DLP, NAC etc) On-prem hosting of the above plus Cloud (Azure or AWS) Solid understanding of infrastructure automation
