Town centre location. Main Purpose of the Role; To develop a client and candidate base by offering specialist recruitment support. Duties & Responsibilities; Introducing the Willis Global business and its specialist service to hiring company’s within the Shipping & Logistics industry. Developing relationships with clients and candidates. Taking details of available job roles by obtaining job descriptions. Advertising job roles using online platforms Collating applications from advertising and sourcing / headhunting suitable candidates with the required skillset and experience. Qualifying candidates - establishing current situation, salary expectation, availability, reason for leaving current role etc. Formatting CV’s in a clear and presentable form ensuring all spelling and grammar is correct. Presenting applications to hiring managers and obtaining feedback. Arranging interviews and supporting the interview process by providing feedback and interview advice. Handling the offer stage process. Answering the phone in a professional manner and dealing with queries from clients and candidates. Skills & Attributes Required; Proven experience in an office based customer service / sales role Confident and professional communication skills & telephone manner. Minimum A-C grade in English & Maths. I.T proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Online Platforms. Competitive nature. Resilient and determined attitude. Disciplined. Self- motivated.
