In this role, you’ll be servicing customer enquiries on our live web chat, and will need to display a professional, courteous and friendly demeanour at all times. We're looking for a candidate who Has superb written communication skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar Displays proficient IT skills, including excellent typing ability, and is confident in dealing with new software Shows an empathetic and inquisitive attitude, ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively Is ambitious, with progression opportunities available after the first year Thrives in a fast-paced environment What you'll be doing Responding to web chat enquiries from potential customers Encouraging prospects to convert Liaising with members of the booking and sales team Monitoring and responding to WhatsApp queries About PassMeFast Based in MediaCityUK, the creative heart of northern England, PassMeFast takes a new approach to driving tuition.
