Sales Administrator Pinner, Middlesex £22,000 Pension Parking This growing local Company are in need of a highly motivated Sales Administrator with strong administrative skills to join their team and build and maintain excellent relationships with clients based throughout the UK. Some of your duties will include: - Providing extensive customer service support and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times - Developing strong business relationships with customers and understanding their ordering patterns - Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held when necessary - Dealing with any complaints received in relation to products and resolving issues to customer satisfaction - Ensuring customers are aware of new products being launched and sending out marketing material - Providing feedback to management team and Procurement Department on customer product requirements Burton, Bolton & Rose only have the resources to respond to candidates who are suitable for the role advertised.
