IFA SUPPORT- National Client Would you describe yourself as someone who thinks on their feet and loves handling a high volume of work supporting Financial Planners? Would you like to use and develop your experience of working for an IFA? Our client a highly prestigious National IFA has an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team in Birmingham. Duties will include: Managing production of meetings packs for the private client team Overseeing meeting rooms and diaries Being a point of contact for queries, taking ownership of resolving where possible but knowing the right time to escalate Assisting with reporting, including valuations Successful candidates will ideally also know their way around Microsoft Office and ideally Xplan. The team are outgoing and looking for someone with personality who has recently worked in an IFA environment. You understand what working under pressure is like but want to do this in a team that promotes collaboration, supports and recognises your hard work and personal contribution.
