Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
This womenswear fashion retailer is seeking a digital marketing manager to join the team. You will report directing into the CEO, being responsible for driving customer engagement and sales for the online business, with dynamic and innovated digital marketing techniques. Owning the digital marketing space, using customer insights to improve online content across all channels, maintaining and growing the customer base. You will be joining a leader within on trend womenswear fashion, who offer ownership within your role, as well as the opportunity to develop and grow with the company. People are at the heart of the business, aiming to find great talent and people that are passionate about making an impact within the fashion retail space. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing and developing the marketing department. • Implement and manage all things SEM, SEO, social advertisement, content syndication, media buying and affiliate channels. • Create the omni-channel media plans, align with the overall business plans, being responsible for the budget and allocation of spend. • Marketing analytics, to create and deliver regular reports to support with the digital marketing strategy. • Manage and develop relationship with third party agencies. • Responsible for AB testing and conversion rate optimization. • Analyse and report on marketing campaigns, to highlight both risk and opportunity. • Create and deliver campaigns across all online channels. • Maintain and grow our social media presence, working closely with the social media manager. • Identify trends and insights to ensure optimization. • Be aware of and evaluate emerging technologies to support the digital marketing function.
