Service Delivery Manager - ITIL - Transition IT Services 4 Month Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 My Client is an IT Services company, they are migrating a new customer to their Managed Services platform. This new customer is in Liverpool. Therefore I am looking for proven competency in migrating IT services & preferably some prior technical/hands-on experience. The technical environment is largely Microsoft / Windows based, e.g. AD, Exchange, Office 365 etc. You must be ITIL driven & have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You will be managing the service desk & service delivery during the transition.
