Are you a commercially focussed Administrator looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Support Administrator to work as part of our commercial team supporting the product manager in all aspects of performance improvement through date, organization and project support. With a product portfolio range including Adhesives & Lubricants, Sealants, Tapes and Coatings. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Adhoc project support in line with new business initiatives including product portfolio and systems Maintain system controls at item level in line with the purchasing team Maintain Vendor performance management - Attending supplier meetings with Product managers and providing administrative support Distribute KPI’s information and support the wider team in prioritising OTIF - Collate and distribute data and variances by supplier and support change Process Improvement - Ensure best practice through continuous improvement to commercial processes and communication with all functions within the business Maintaining supplier contact database Quoting - Internal and external queries on price and availability Run and circulate sales data to capture margin fluctuation and potential opportunity Control Pro-Forma Orders - Monitor frequency and patterns, liaise with accounts, track deliveries and resource if necessary Creation of new item codes within the system in line with SOX guidelines We Are Looking For The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and IT skills, be numerate and analytical and can build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues. They will have a positive can do attitude, and the ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach to new challenges. Experience of auditing would be beneficial.
