Overview
NRG are delighted to be working with an award-winning organisation to recruit a number of experienced Web Developers. You will be supporting existing on-prem .NET applications and supporting in the development and migration of .NET and .NET Core applications to the Azure cloud platform. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years commercial experience of .Net and specifically MVC, working on large-scale systems architecture and delivery. You must feel comfortable working autonomously, but also lead and manage developers within a team. You will join a large technology team, which is responsible for the delivery of a multi award-winning software platform. This is a permanent role based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a salary of up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience. Ideally, you should have most of the following programming knowledge: ASP.NET - VB.NET or C# .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC TSQL Microsoft Azure Microsoft SQL Server HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery Web applications Web services Relational databases Object orientated development techniques Other skills should include: Analytical skills Ability to work within a team, as well as providing leadership to junior developers A professional attitude to work Good verbal and written communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail If you or someone you know are suitable for this role, apply confidentially today.
