Overview
Due to growth one of my clients now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Claims Handler to join their Liability team. Based in their vibrant office in Colchester. As a Liability Claims Handler, you will have end to end ownership and accountability for a claim. Responsible for the validation, investigation, negotiation and fulfilment of commercial claims, you will proactively resolve outstanding investigations, in order to choose the optimum settlement route, optimising revenue generation and/or cost control opportunities. Responsibilities: • End to end claims handling of retained claims • Identify and manage potential fraudulent claims • Managing a caseload of claims • Full claims process, first notification to final settlement • Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems Ideally You Will Have: • Previous claims handling experience • Knowledge of Fraud and Investigation • Ability to work to deadlines and agreed SLA's
