Overview
Our client based in Sevenoaks in the private health sector, are now looking for an experienced credit controller to join a lively, outgoing hard working team. You will be responsible for your own ledger and report to the credit manager, making sure you achieve collection targets in line with company policy. Chasing clients by phone and email, dealing with a high level of complex queries, raising credit notes when required, keeping the lines of communication open with the client. The team operate on very much a rapport building style and get involved in a lot of query solving. The ideal person will have a minimum of two years experience in credit control with a good understanding of Excel and the ability to communicate at all levels.
