Overview
MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in Canterbury looking for a Switchboard Operator on an on-going temporary contract. Duties: Call handling taking internal/external calls - can become a high-volume call. Data entry for system Target based - KPIs to meet within the department. Please be aware that you MUST be fully flexible and available across a 7 day period. You will be working on a 24/7 365 basis. This includes nights - weekends - bank holidays and early/late finishes. Applicants must be able to get to work (public transport is challenging). Skills Required: MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START Applicants must be computer literate Previous experience of working on telephones Exceptional customer service skills A good attitude and willingness to learn Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenging atmosphere
