Overview
An expanding company now seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative with financial services experience to join the busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company. This is a full time, permanent role based in Epsom, Surrey with residential parking nearby. The role will be paying up to £23,500 per annum depending on skills and experience. The role will be worked over 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday covering the core hours of 8am-6pm. The role will also include a Saturday rota, 9am-2pm approx. 1 Saturday per month which includes an additional allowance. The main duties of the Customer Service Representative are to: Be the first point of contact for customers Update databases as required Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services offered Promote all products and services efficiently Contact customers regarding the products and services Prepare and issue letters as required Assist in opening new accounts and closing old accounts Assist all departments as required Liaise with external suppliers Check reports as required Attend meetings Other ad hoc duties as required To be successful as the Customer Service Representative you will: Have experience working within a call centre/helpdesk environment Have financial services experience Have 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) A-C grade including Maths and English Be happy to cover the core hours and work some Saturdays as required Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
