The Opportunity We have a great opportunity to join our Learning and Development team as an Apprentice Administrator. The role will be based in our Reigate office and be responsible for providing wide and generalist support to the team. Activities will vary on a day to day basis but will include supporting the administration of our Learning Management System, liaising with providers to arrange internal and external training for our people and providing end-to-end administration support for the entire Learning and Development (L&D) offer. Being an Apprentice opportunity, the role will include completing the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship at a local provider which will include spending one day a week during term time at college. Please note that all learning will be covered in worktime hours. What are we looking for? This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with teams, and has good organisational skills including the ability to plan their time effectively, and importantly knowing when to ask for help. We are completely open on your background, you may have just finished college and are looking for your first role, or be looking to return to work after some time off. The most important thing will be displaying the right behaviours and be curious enough to want to learn and develop. As this is an apprentice opportunity you will be happy studying in a formal classroom environment. Please note to be eligible for the course of study you will need to have achieved grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
