Overview
The Role City Elite are delighted to be working alongside this SaaS provider. The Responsibilities Independently interacts by phone, email, or in person, to consult with and advise clients on workflow and project processes. Independently manage and host multiple online client training per day. Responsible for nurturing and developing effective and positive relationships with clients. Monitors progress and ensures project deliverables for the client are accurate and timely. Flexible to work other shifts if required. Skills & Abilities Fluency in English, written and oral. Native in Italian, Spanish or German, or French as second language. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks. Ability to multitask in a time-sensitive and deadline driven work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen and understand client’s needs. Education & Experience University bachelor degree is preferable. 2 years of work experience is preferable. WebEx and Salesforce experience is preferable.
