Overview
A busy Law firm based in Norwich is looking to expand its Residential team with a 2-4 year PQE Property Lawyer. A current knowledge of sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold land and all related issues, together with matters relating to mortgages/Re-mortgages and transfers of equity and voluntary registrations is required. There is a current caseload in the offering. Full secretarial support is available to the role and you will work alongside a Director and 2 other qualified solicitors.
