Overview

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Complaints Handler that has worked within the financial services industry preferably, or within regulated environments to join one of our clients on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). Your role will be to ensure that all complaints are managed in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards and resolved accurately and promptly - in accordance with the FCA’s Dispute Resolution Handbook. You will be expected to ensure that all complaints are logged on to the relevant systems. The role requires strong investigations skills, administration and customer service skills. About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of self-invested pension products in the UK. They currently manage £12bn AUM and aim to deliver the best SIPP and SSAS products in the market, from the simple and straightforward to the more complex and bespoke. Due to the highly regulated environment that they work in, they have to ensure that they met specific requirements set out by the FCA and ensure that their service is fair and transparent to clients. Key Skills/Experience Required: Candidates must have previous complaints handling experience within Financial Services or a regulated complaints background. An ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients is essential. This would suit someone with an empathetic ear, an ability to follow processes and keen to resolve problems.
