Overview
Job Title: Sales Associate Salary: £8.21 Per Hour (Rising to £8.72 P/h from April 1st) Hours: Monday-Saturday 40Hrs Per Week (One day off during the week and every Sunday) 09:00-17:30 Working Hours Location: Oxford Vacancy immediately available with our client for a Sales Associate, located in Oxford. Flexibility with days will be required, working 40 hours per week. You will be a major part of the retail team daily and the face of the brand for clients entering the store. Interviews will be taking place immediately for the successful candidates. Due to the nature of the role applicants must be 18 years or over. Responsibilities: Serving guests/clients with clothing and helping them to make informed decisions. Providing a high level of customer service always while on the shop floor. Taking orders from clients and advising them with expert advice. Being able to take cash/card transactions at the cash desk. Dealing with any customer queries/issues efficiently and in a professional manner. Previous experience within a retail/luxury retail environment not essential but strongly desired.
